The bank's bid is 165K and the value is around 240K (be aware of a two tax liens) about $17K 249 W Jamison Cir # 44 in Littleton the bank is bidding 157K and the home is worth about $210K 3155 W Bear Creek Dr in Englewood. the bank's bid is 82K and the home is worth around 130K ...
