The county today will feature some great real estate deals with a lots of equity.
81 E Panama Dr in Centennial the bank is bidding $104K and this home is worth between $180K to $200K.
15502 E Fremont Dr in Centennial. The bank's bid is 165K and the value is around 240K (be aware of a two tax liens) about $17K
249 W Jamison Cir # 44 in Littleton the bank is bidding 157K and the home is worth about $210K
3155 W Bear Creek Dr in Englewood. the bank's bid is 82K and the home is worth around 130K

2008 Willow Creek Picnic Pictures

The Willow Creek picnic was a hit. Some of the neighbors were there early and most helped with the set up and the pickup after the party. The storm gave us a scare for a while, but overall it was not bad; it rained for about 15 minutes, but we had plenty of shelter and tents. Thank to all that helped monitor the kids and with the cleanup. and we hope to see all next summer. The Official Volleyball Team :) Games, Games, Games...
