  As many of you know some of my real estate deals come from auctions including online auction, as well as county auctions and tax sales. In this case the house on 6096 S COVENTRY LANE, LITTLETON, CO 80123 in for sale on the website www.auction.com As with any home going through an auction there are no property disclosures, no real way of knowing the history of the home including if any the work was permitted with the proper authorities.
